This notice describes the intended contact flow and the current limits of the GooSun Labs V2 preview. Submissions stay unavailable until the recipient and data-handling settings are configured.
The form requires your name, email, project type and requirements. Company, company website, Telegram, WhatsApp, budget and timeline are optional. Do not include secrets, financial account information or confidential customer data.
When the contact service is enabled, inquiry details are used to review your request and respond. Your selected language and the version of the privacy notice you accepted are recorded. Your details are not a marketing subscription.
The configured contact backend and email provider may process the details needed to receive an inquiry and send notification and confirmation emails. The business recipient, provider settings and processing responsibilities must be reviewed before acceptance is enabled. Receipt and email delivery are separate states.
The planned contact records are limited to the inquiry, its language, consent version and time, request status and necessary source information. Analytics are not enabled by default. Avoid collecting full referring URLs, device fingerprints or unnecessary personal data. Retention and deletion rules must be configured before inquiries can be accepted.
The responsible business contact and a working privacy request channel must be published before submissions are enabled. This notice must be updated to match the configured service and its actual retention, access and deletion practices. Do not use this preview to send sensitive information.
